Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Sales and Leasing Consultant. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, managing lease agreements and negotiations, and ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and support. The consultant will also maintain accurate lease administration, identify potential clients, build lasting relationships, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Engaging potential clients and providing professional and customer-focused service is essential to this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in leases, including lease agreements, terms, and conditions, and lease administration
  • Proficiency in resident retention strategies and meeting client needs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Ability to analyze property market trends and client requirements
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
