Our client is an Abu Dhabi Government entity with an established property development company.
Description
As the sales & leasing officer you ll be responsible for managing enquiries, attending meetings, negotiating leasing and sales agreements, and guiding your clients from first contact to their move in day. Beyond that you ll need to be able to build trust and long term relationships, develop business and be able to work accurately under pressure to ensure that all documentation is collected, collated and processed correctly both internally and with external stakeholders and Agencies.
Successful Applicant
You should have 4+ years in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing, experience in Municipality & Tawtheeq system in Abu Dhabi is mandatory as is fluent spoken Arabic & English.
Minimum experience:
4+ years in Abu Dhabi commercial real estate sector
UAE attested Bachelor s degree in Business or Accounting
5+ years experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing
Fluent in Arabic & English

Salary c. AED14,000 per month + family sponsorship +school allowance + bonus
