Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, promoting products and services, and meeting sales goals. They will also assist in creating marketing campaigns, developing strategies, training team members, and providing top-quality support to clients to ensure satisfaction and business growth. This role requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service to connect with clients and achieve targets effectively.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Mortgage Sales and Home Finance Sales.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and ensuring clear, professional interactions.
- Ability to assist with Training and support team members to contribute to overall business success.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or a similar sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
