WE'RE HIRING | MARKETING & SALES INTERN

At KASA Traders, we're building an international trading business with a simple objective: connecting reliable Indian suppliers with buyers across global markets and creating trade relationships that are commercially sustainable for both sides.

As KASA moves from an idea into an operating business, we're building a team that wants to be involved in that journey. We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern who is curious about how businesses actually find customers, build relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.

You'll work closely with the KASA team and get exposure to the real side of business development, rather than just handling routine internship tasks.

Your role will involve:

• Identifying potential buyers and market opportunities

• Lead generation and prospect research

• LinkedIn, email and other forms of client outreach

• Supporting sales conversations and follow-ups

• Assisting with KASA's marketing and brand-building activities

• Helping develop and maintain the sales pipeline

We're looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions

• Is comfortable with research, outreach and conversations

• Has an interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship or international business

• Is willing to learn and take ownership

The internship is currently unpaid, as KASA is still in its early stage. However, this is an opportunity to work directly with the core team, understand how an international trading business is built, and take on responsibilities that can grow with the company.

Stipend: Unpaid at present
