As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategies to grow and engage a high-value lifestyle membership community within the hospitality space. You will assist the team in driving member acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and partner engagement through a mix of creative marketing initiatives and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Member Acquisition
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new members.
- Assist in identifying potential B2C and B2B opportunities, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Help manage the membership sales pipeline and contribute to onboarding new members.
- Track and report on membership targets and performance metrics.
Marketing & Brand Activation
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across materials.
- Support the planning and coordination of member-exclusive activations, events, and collaborations.
- Assist in managing digital marketing efforts (email, social media, paid campaigns, partnerships).
Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Help build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and cultural institutions.
- Support brand representation during internal and external events.
- Contribute to the promotion of experiential content and activations for members.
Data, Insights & Optimization
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM tools to track leads and member activity.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and support strategy optimization.
- Research competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
Team Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, content, and guest experience.
- Support reporting to senior leadership on progress, insights, and opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating with external partners, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
- Strong interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and brand marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
