Wave Cast Studio is one of Dubai's leading creative production spaces specializing in podcast recording, photography, videography, and event media coverage. We help brands, influencers, and businesses bring their stories to life through powerful visuals and engaging digital content.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting the studio's services, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and target potential clients, including content creators, businesses, agencies, and event organizers.

Present and sell studio packages (podcast, photography, videography, and content production).

Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate bookings with the studio team.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract clients through social media, email campaigns, and collaborations.

Manage the studio's online presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Assist in content creation, including photo/video shoots, reels, and promotional materials.

Support in planning marketing events and campaigns to promote Wave Cast Studio.

Analyze marketing performance and suggest new creative approaches.

Requirements:

Minimum 13 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Confident, well-presented, and results-driven personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.

Compensation:

Salary: AED 5,000 6,500 (based on experience)

Commission: Based on closed deals and performance
