• Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500 (based on experience)

• Commission: Based on closed deals and performance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting the studio's services, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and target potential clients, including content creators, businesses, agencies, and event organizers.

• Present and sell studio packages (podcast, photography, videography, and content production).

• Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate bookings with the studio team.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract clients through social media, email campaigns, and collaborations.

• Manage the studio's online presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Assist in content creation, including photo/video shoots, reels, and promotional materials.

• Support in planning marketing events and campaigns to promote Wave Cast Studio.

• Analyze marketing performance and suggest new creative approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Confident, well-presented, and results-driven personality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
