Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this position, the candidate will identify and engage potential clients, manage sales pipelines, and create strategies to promote ASM's software solutions. Daily tasks include client communication, conducting product demonstrations, delivering training sessions, and developing customized marketing plans. Additionally, the role involves maintaining excellent customer service and driving client relationships, ensuring ongoing customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for identifying leads, handling sales pipelines, and closing deals
- Experience in Training clients or team members on product features and usage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
- Familiarity with software or technology sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
