Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities. The role requires an enthusiastic professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills to promote the brand effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and external partners to support product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials including promotional content, presentations, and visual assets aligned with brand identity.
Sales
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized fragrance recommendations.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets across online and offline channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage in-store and event-based sales activities, including product displays, sampling, and customer follow-ups.
- Monitor sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
Training & Brand Representation
- Train and support team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Represent Celaeno Beauty at events, exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand collaborations, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure brand guidelines and luxury service standards are consistently upheld across all customer touchpoints.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Coordinate with management on inventory planning, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve products, packaging, and overall brand experience.
- Support the execution of seasonal promotions, exclusive launches, and limited-edition releases.
