Key Responsibilities
Aggressively penetrate new markets across Saudi Arabia for trading and service solutions for the new product.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and commercial clients.
Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation meetings proposal negotiation closing.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Conduct field visits, networking, cold outreach, and relationship-driven selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry interactions.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Senior Sales Hunter in trading and/or services.
Strong record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Aggressive, resilient, and target-obsessed mindset
Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
Comfortable with cold prospecting, field sales, and high-volume follow-ups.
Ability to operate independently and build markets from scratch.
Strong local market knowledge in Saudi Arabia is a big advantage.

Performance Expectations
Monthly sales targets will be assigned and strictly monitored.
KPIs include new client acquisition, conversion ratio, revenue generation, and pipeline growth.
