About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Sales Specialist with experience in campaigns via LinkedIn, email outreach, telesales, and outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage client relationships, close deals, and deliver presentations all within the energy-efficiency and smart-energy solutions sector.

Responsibilities

Run and manage LinkedIn campaigns using Sales Navigator.

Set up and execute email outreach campaigns using Woodpecker (or similar tools).

Conduct telesales activities to qualify leads and book meetings.

Perform outdoor sales visits to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen relationships.

Regular communication with leads and clients; schedule and follow up on meetings.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare and deliver professional client presentations (online or in person).

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure high-quality solutions.

Participate in initial training with our UK partner to master the sales process and value proposition.

Requirements

13 years of Marketing & Sales experience (preferably in tech, energy, or SaaS).

Experience in telesales and conducting outdoor client meetings.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn campaigns.

Proven experience in email outreach tools (Woodpecker, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Results-driven and comfortable working with clear sales targets.
