Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Dubai. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and present security and investigation services to prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns, preparing proposals and presentations, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing product and service information tailored to client needs. In addition, the specialist will support training initiatives for internal teams on sales processes, collaborate with management on sales strategies and targets, and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Training team members or clients on products, services, and sales processes to support consistent delivery.
- Background in security, investigations, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
