Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Alexandria. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. You will also conduct training sessions, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve targets.
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to mentor team members and manage sales processes effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
