Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record in B2B & B2C marketing and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, and executing effective marketing campaigns. This role will play a critical part in increasing MBA's market presence, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and delivering high-quality services to our clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Management: Design and implement B2B & B2C marketing strategies to target our prospective clients, ensuring optimal market reach and brand visibility.
- Sales Operations: Develop and maintain client relationships to drive consultancy services.
- Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet the expectations of clients, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Digital Marketing: Work closely with the internal digital marketing team to optimize campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online ads.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify potential leads, engage with prospects, and convert them into satisfied clients, ensuring strong occupancy rates.
- Collaboration with Consultancy and Supervision Teams: Coordinate with leasing agents and operational staff to ensure marketing aligns with the on-ground realities and client needs.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive actions to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consultancy, real estate or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B & B2C marketing strategies and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders confidently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
