WE'RE HIRING — SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Studio Peak Productions is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time, remote basis.

We are a Dubai-based creative production company specializing in video production, photography, social media content for F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate and premium brands.

YOUR ROLE

• Identify and approach potential clients

• Generate new leads and business opportunities

• Reach out to brands, restaurants, hotels, agencies and businesses

• Pitch our creative production and content services

• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Convert leads into projects and monthly retainers

• Develop new sales 

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in sales, marketing or business development

• Experience in media, advertising, production, hospitality or creative industries is a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident with LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email and cold outreach

• Strong understanding of social media and content marketing

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Existing connections within UAE's F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or corporate sectors are a major advantage

WORKING MODEL

Commission-based — No fixed salary

Part-time

Fully remote

Earn commission on projects and clients you successfully bring to Studio Peak Productions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong network, sales mindset and the ability to generate and convert leads independently.
