Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Heliopolis. Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing communications and escalations.
• Prepare and present accurate account performance reports.
• Coordinate with presales and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 6 days one day off Friday (we are working Saturday )

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a must .
• 2+ years in B2B sales or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving targets under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English and MS Office proficiency
