Job Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing Wosool's customer base, promoting the company's logistics services and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role includes field sales, client visits, marketing support and close coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers in target sectors (manufacturing, trading, food, chemicals, industrial, etc.).
- Promote Wosool services, including:
- Overland transportation (FTL/LTL, flatbed, lowbed, Dyna, etc.).
- Customs clearance (import, export, transit).
- Freight forwarding (air, sea, land).
- Storage & warehousing (dry & reefer).
- Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and contracts until closing the deal.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (revenue, margin, number of new accounts).
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Follow up on shipments and services when needed to support the client and solve minor issues promptly.
- Collect feedback from clients and report recurring issues or improvement opportunities to management.
3. Marketing & Branding
- Support the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns (online and offline).
- Assist in preparing marketing materials (company profile, presentations, brochures, social media content, etc.).
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to promote Wosool's brand.
- Help manage Wosool's presence on digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) in coordination with management or marketing agencies.
4. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, visits and deals in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (pipeline, achieved vs target, key clients, lost opportunities).
- Monitor market trends, competitors activities and pricing and share insights with management.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements and customer documents are properly filed and updated.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
- 25 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in:
- Transportation & logistics
- Freight forwarding
- Customs clearance
- Warehousing / 3PL
- Experience in B2B sales in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, branding) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Language: Fluent Arabic and good English (written and spoken).
