Sales & Marketing Specialist UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi)

Job Purpose
To drive sales growth in the UAE region by engaging customers, generating leads, strengthening client relationships, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the region, including lead generation and opportunity development
- Support the Regional Manager in meeting business objectives
- Identify and develop new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends; forecast customer needs to support company growth
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and responding to their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to develop marketing materials and support new product launches
- Participate in sales initiatives, customer visits, and product training sessions as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in construction or heavy machinery sales (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Experience in construction or automobile industries
- UAE experience is mandatory
