The Job

  • Oversee and manage the overall sales and operational activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong customer engagement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain and grow key customer relationships, both locally and globally, with a focus on business development and account management.
  • Drive sales targets, manage project execution, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams like designers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Support pre and post-sales activities including proposal development, contract negotiation, and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop market strategies, and grow the customer base within the region.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, client meetings, proposal submission, and closing deals.
  • Oversee project execution in coordination with the technical and installation teams, ensuring delivery meets time, quality, and cost expectations.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and operational workflows to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams to align operational processes and resource planning.
  • Provide technical solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate stock movement tracking and provide monthly report.
  • Resolve escalated issues with agility and professionalism to maintain a high standard of service deliver

The Candidate

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in relevant Engineering field from an overseas university or a recognized University.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or project management — preferably in construction, fuel retail infrastructure, signage works, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple projects or clients concurrently.
  • Candidates currently based in Dammam or Riyadh are preferred.
