Sales and pricing coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Pricing Coordinator to join our growing transport and logistics team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the transportation sector in Saudi Arabia, with strong industry connections and the ability to manage both client acquisition and pricing operations.

• Develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients across Saudi Arabia and GCC
• Actively source and secure transport/logistics inquiries from companies, contractors, and industrial clients
• Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for transport services (local & GCC routes)
• Coordinate with truck vendors and fleet suppliers to ensure availability and best rates
• Negotiate pricing with vendors while maintaining profitability
• Maintain a strong network of transporters, drivers, and logistics partners in KSA
• Handle day-to-day coordination for transport jobs and ensure smooth execution
• Track market rates, demand trends, and competitor pricing
• Use Excel and reporting tools to manage costing sheets and quotations

• Basic years of experience in transport/logistics operations or sales (Saudi Arabia required)
• Proven experience handling transport across GCC (KSA, UAE, Bahrain, etc.)
• Strong network of truck vendors and logistics contacts in Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with corporate clients / large companies / EPC contractors
• Good understanding of transport pricing, routes, and documentation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
