Sales Area Manager for Middle East Regions

The person must be resident in Dubai - UAE

The primary responsibility of the sales area Manager is to develop business for product categories within the Tazzetti brand portfolio through sales and marketing efforts with customers in local territories.

Customers at the local level will include warehouse distributors, installers, national accounts and retail parts stores.

This position will have also be uncharged for training customers on high quality products, amplifies awareness and strengthens image of the company and its products and services by identifying and cultivating influential relationships with key specifying accounts, general contractors and key customers and within sales

Preferred knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

  • We welcome candidates coming from technical sector as well industrial gases, fluid dynamics sector, conditioning and refrigeration components and compressed air sector.
  • Graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience;
  • Business development experience Minimum 1 year managing large enterprise accounts;
  • Technical or related industry experience preferred;
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications including AX, or Salesforce;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required especially in Excel;
  • Technical, product and service application and oral and written communication skills essential;
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60%;
  • A valid driver's license in the UAE and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally;
  • A strong work ethic and a good looking are required in a business consolidation and development role by meeting with customers;
  • Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to acquire business to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage;
  • Creative problem solving/reactive thinking to challenge status quo and drive progressive change
