Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by assisting with customer interaction, managing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, addressing client needs, maintaining detailed records, and assisting with the coordination of sales and promotional activities. The Sales Assistant will also participate in client meetings, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
• Experience in sales, sales management, and overseeing training initiatives to maximize team performance.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Prior experience in the marine or offshore industry is an asset.
