We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused
Sales Assistant (Russian/Arabic Speaker) to join our Flower Shop team within a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, floral products, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized service
- Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently
- Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
- Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales
- Ensure the flower shop meets 5-star cleanliness and service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is an advantage)
- Fluent in Russian or Arabic; good command of English is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
