Job Title: Sales & Admin Assistant

About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multi-talented Sales & Admin Assistant to be the right hand of our CEO. This is a dynamic role designed for someone who excels at office coordination while possessing the hunger for business growth.

You won't just manage the office; you will be a key driver in our sales funnel and marketing outreach, ensuring that every lead is nurtured and every operation runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Management: The core of your role. You will handle initial client inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and assist in preparing persuasive business proposals and presentations.
  • Administrative Excellence: Act as the backbone of our daily operations—managing logistics, scheduling, and ensuring the office runs with 100% efficiency.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Support our growth by assisting in social media management, drafting professional content, and maintaining our brand's presence in the architectural market.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the professional face of the firm, maintaining high-level communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dual role (Admin/Sales) or as an Executive Assistant with a focus on business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • A strong Sales Mindset: You should be comfortable talking to clients and have the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint for proposals) and social media tools.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively under minimal supervision.
