You won't just manage the office; you will be a key driver in our sales funnel and marketing outreach, ensuring that every lead is nurtured and every operation runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Management: The core of your role. You will handle initial client inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and assist in preparing persuasive business proposals and presentations.
- Administrative Excellence: Act as the backbone of our daily operations—managing logistics, scheduling, and ensuring the office runs with 100% efficiency.
- Marketing & Outreach: Support our growth by assisting in social media management, drafting professional content, and maintaining our brand's presence in the architectural market.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the professional face of the firm, maintaining high-level communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a dual role (Admin/Sales) or as an Executive Assistant with a focus on business development.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- A strong Sales Mindset: You should be comfortable talking to clients and have the ability to persuade and close deals.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint for proposals) and social media tools.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively under minimal supervision.
