Sales Associate – ANTA UAE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support daily store operations, POS transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Support and collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ANTA policies, mall regulations, and operational standards.
• Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Arabic speaker; 2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or footwear.
• Previous UAE retail experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for sports, fashion, retail, and customer service.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
