As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping customers discover products they'll love. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge confidently and share the Bath & Body Works brand story.
- Support sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising, promotional activities, and seasonal floor set changes.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and retail.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out store operational tasks when required.
