The Role
You'll support the growth of Ecomswap's seller acquisition pipeline by helping generate qualified founder introductions across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem.
This is a highly commercial, people-focused role suited to someone energetic, ambitious, and confident communicating with founders, agencies, and operators. We are looking for someone who enjoys relationship building, networking, and creating opportunities within a fast-moving environment.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Support and execute Ecomswap's seller acquisition and partnership strategy
- Build relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7-8 figure DTC and e-commerce brands
- Generate founder conversations through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and manage a measurable pipeline inside HubSpot (CRM)
- Help educate partners and founders on Ecomswap's Ideal Seller Profile
- Run qualification calls with founders to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
- Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
- Track and improve intro-to-mandate conversion
- Represent Ecomswap within the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem

- You are confident, personable, and naturally good at building relationships
- You have experience in sales, customer-facing, partnerships, recruitment, hospitality, account management, or other people-focused commercial roles
- You are highly proactive and enjoy speaking with new people
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You are commercially minded and eager to learn about acquisitions, DTC brands, and founder-led businesses
- You are organised and comfortable managing pipeline activity and KPIs
- You are comfortable using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- You are ambitious, coachable, and excited to grow in a high-performance environment
- You are fluent or highly proficient in spoken and written English

Important:
- You must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate within approximately 30 days
- This is an in-house role in Dubai and you will be expected to work from the office
