The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to support our Export Sales Manager across the full B2B sales cycle. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to international buyer relationships and a clear path toward regional account ownership.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify B2B leads across target markets
• Draft and manage outreach to purchasing managers at spice blenders, tea processors, food manufacturers, and nutraceutical companies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
• Coordinate samples and support export documentation

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken; this is essential given daily correspondence with international buyers
• Strong written communication skills, most buyer interaction happens over email
• Tech-savvy, with genuine comfort using AI tools as part of daily work, this role relies on AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and CRM management
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously
• Genuine interest in international trade, agriculture, or export business
