About the Role

This is not your typical sales rolewe want people who can blend creativity with customer service, think outside the box, and bring fresh design perspectives to help clients transform their spaces.
Whether you're helping a client select the perfect piece or envisioning an entire room concept, you'll play a key role in delivering unique experiences that inspire.
What You'll Do
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and needs.
- Provide creative design recommendations and solutions, both practical and innovative.
- Drive sales by offering curated options tailored to each client's taste.
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to deliver personalized service.
- Stay on top of design trends, materials, and products to inspire fresh ideas.
What We're Looking For
- A creative mindset with the ability to think differently and offer unique solutions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients.
- Experience or education in interior design, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute new ideas.
- At least 3+ year of autocad work
