Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services. Daily tasks will include processing sales transactions, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves assisting in merchandising, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to handle transactions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
