Marbeliz is a luxury fashion brand specializing in high-end dresses. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are dedicated to offering clients a curated selection of affordable to luxury dresses, paired with an elevated shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a personalized, professional, and friendly approach.
Understand client needs and provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations.
Drive sales by effectively showcasing product features and benefits, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing and merchandise is beautifully showcased.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Support store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, shipments, and transfers.
Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and reliability in attendance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (luxury fashion preferred).
Fluent in English
Russian or Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills preferred.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Immediate availability is required.
