Assist clients in finding the perfect fit and proactively suggest complementary items to maximize basket size and complete outfits.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while actively monitoring personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain and develop a personal client book, proactively reaching out to regular customers regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, and promotional events.
Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with visual merchandising guidelines (folding, hanging, and displaying stock).
Assist with stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and efficiently replenish merchandise from the backroom to the shop floor.
Process transactions swiftly and accurately utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales; a background in fashion or luxury retail is highly preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with premium shoppers.
Presentation: A neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance aligned with a premium fashion brand.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with handling and moving merchandise shipments.
