Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of guests at assigned entertainment attractions and venues.
• Engage proactively with visitors, explain photography services, and encourage them to participate.
• Promote and sell printed and digital photo packages to customers.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a friendly, energetic, and professional approach.
• Operate photography equipment and ensure images meet quality standards.
• Assist customers in selecting, reviewing, and purchasing their photographs.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company procedures.
• Meet individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the photography station and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
• Represent the company professionally and create memorable experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or photography is preferred.
• Basic photography knowledge and confidence in using a camera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to confidently approach and engage customers.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a standing role for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings (up to 12:00 AM–1:00 AM).
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
