Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate – Eyewear / Optical Retail to assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products while delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and related products.
• Support customers in selecting products based on prescription, lifestyle and preferences.
• Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide timely updates.
• Support stock management and replenishment.
• Maintain product displays and overall store presentation.
• Educate customers on products, promotions and offers.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Support daily store operations and reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• Around 2 years of experience in eyewear, optical retail, or retail sales.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Knowledge of frames, lenses, contact lenses or optical products is preferred.
• Target-oriented with good communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and handling multiple customers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, stock management and reporting.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
