Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a professional, friendly approach, offering personalized assistance and watch expertise.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge, brand history, and key selling points for all Tissot collections.
- Assist customers in identifying products that match their needs and preferences, offering relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure the boutique is always clean, organized, and visually aligned with Tissot's global merchandising standards.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling and sales documentation.
- Support stock management, product replenishment, and inventory control activities.
- Provide after-sales assistance and follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 24 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury watches or fashion brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong sales ability and enthusiasm for achieving targets.
- Team player with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
