Job Description


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's training programs and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training needs and addressing their queries.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and benefits, tailoring the sales approach to individual client requirements.
  • Manage clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify potential business opportunities based on client feedback and market requirements.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Candidates must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
  • Candidates with experience in the training/education industry are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong customer service and lead-conversion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
