Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position involves welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information and recommendations to support purchasing decisions. The Sales Associate will handle sales transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized sales area, restocking merchandise, and supporting visual displays. The role also includes following up with customers when appropriate, building long-term relationships, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in meeting sales targets and handling objections in a customer-focused manner.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers, tasks, and priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic digital tools for sales, inventory, and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking and merchandise arrangement.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or a related field is beneficial.
