We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Associate cum Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in sales operations, coordination, reporting, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain updated customer databases and sales records.
Prepare sales performance reports and analysis for management review.
Executive Assistance
Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings.
Prepare business correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Maintain confidential files, contracts, and business documents.
Assist in strategic planning and coordination of internal activities.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data, stock movement, and outstanding payments.
Monitor inventory reports and coordinate with relevant departments.
Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel):
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Data analysis and reporting
Charts & dashboards
Formula-based reporting
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude with high level of confidentiality and integrity.
