Our Team

You'll work directly with our CEO and alongside our PR, content, and digital specialists to help shape client relationships and agency growth.

What You'll Work On
Your primary focus will be helping Bond & Vale grow by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across the US and international markets.
This includes:

Working Hours & Location
This is an on-site role based in Dubai.
Because many of our clients operate in North America, working hours are:
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Dubai time)
About You
Before we get into experience and skills, there's one important requirement for this role.
Most of our clients are founders, executives, and business owners based in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and other English-speaking markets.
Because this role involves building relationships, having commercial conversations, and understanding how businesses in these markets think and communicate, we're looking for people who already have meaningful exposure to these environments.
To be considered, you should have either:
You should be able to communicate naturally and confidently with the types of clients we work with every day, understand the cultural nuances that influence trust, credibility, and business relationships, and feel comfortable operating in those environments from day one.
You are someone who:
Experience & Skills
We're looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, hospitality, or another relationship-focused role.
Experience selling agency, marketing, PR, branding, creative, or professional services is a bonus.
More important than a specific number of years is evidence that you've:
