You'll work directly with our CEO and alongside our PR, content, and digital specialists to help shape client relationships and agency growth.

What You'll Work On

Your primary focus will be helping Bond & Vale grow by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across the US and international markets.

This includes:

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities where Bond & Vale can create value
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
  • Managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Collaborating with our PR, content, and digital teams to create compelling client solutions
  • Tracking activities, opportunities, and outcomes within our CRM
  • Sharing market insights, client feedback, and ideas that help improve our services

Our goal isn't simply to sell services.

It's to build relationships and become trusted partners for the brands we work with.

Working Hours & Location

This is an on-site role based in Dubai.

Because many of our clients operate in North America, working hours are:

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Dubai time)

About You

Before we get into experience and skills, there's one important requirement for this role.

Most of our clients are founders, executives, and business owners based in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and other English-speaking markets.

Because this role involves building relationships, having commercial conversations, and understanding how businesses in these markets think and communicate, we're looking for people who already have meaningful exposure to these environments.

To be considered, you should have either:

  • Studied (secondary school, college, or university) in one or more of these markets; or
  • Lived, studied, or worked in one or more of these markets for a significant period of time.

You should be able to communicate naturally and confidently with the types of clients we work with every day, understand the cultural nuances that influence trust, credibility, and business relationships, and feel comfortable operating in those environments from day one.

You are someone who:

  • Enjoys meeting new people and building genuine relationships.
  • Asks thoughtful questions and listens carefully.
  • Is naturally curious about how businesses operate and grow.
  • Takes ownership of your work and follows through on commitments.
  • Works effectively without constant supervision.
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knows how to be personable without being overly casual and professional without sounding robotic.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where initiative is valued and good ideas can come from anyone.

Experience & Skills

We're looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, hospitality, or another relationship-focused role.

Experience selling agency, marketing, PR, branding, creative, or professional services is a bonus.

More important than a specific number of years is evidence that you've:

  • Built trust with clients or customers
  • Solved problems effectively
  • Consistently delivered results
  • Managed conversations confidently
  • Taken ownership of your work

You'll likely be familiar with tools such as:

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Modern sales and prospecting tools

If not, you should be comfortable learning new systems quickly.
