Job Description

Position: Sales Engineer – E2E Engineering Services

Location: Saudi Arabia (onsite & field visits)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new accounts in target sectors (oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, etc.) and expand existing relationships.
  • Technical & Commercial Proposals: Prepare and deliver tailored technical bids and commercial quotes for NDT, inspection, calibration, industrial testing and training services.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with operations, QA/QC, calibration and training teams to define scope, schedule and deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact—schedule site visits, address inquiries, secure repeat business and drive high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed annual revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contract Administration: Oversee renewal of service agreements, manage maintenance schedules and track training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial services—ideally NDT, third-party inspection, calibration, testing or technical training.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of NDT methods, calibration principles, industrial testing protocols and training methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred:
  • Valid Saudi driving license
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 accreditation standards
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
