Almoe AV Production and Rentals are providers of Audio-Visual Services, catering to the Event industry throughout the UAE and greater GCC region. Part of the Almoe Group; AV Production and Rentals was formed in 2001. We have grown from a 2-man AV rental company to a full AV production company that employs 60+ staff and delivers over 1000 events per year.

Are you confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people We're looking for an enthusiastic person to help grow our rental and productions business, providing audio-visual equipment and solutions for events, conferences, shows, and other productions.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is keen to learn. You'll receive training on our equipment and services and gain experience in sales, customer relationships, and business development.

What you'll do:

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Reach out to event organisers, production companies, venues, and other prospective clients.
Build relationships and generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable rental solutions with the team.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and opportunities.
Keep customer and sales activity records up to date.

What we're looking for:

A degree or diploma in any discipline. An engineering, audio-visual or technical background would be an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident, positive, and outgoing approach.
Motivation to learn about AV rental equipment and the events industry.
An interest in sales and business development, with the drive to approach new customers and build a pipeline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
Currently based in the UAE and available to join as soon as possible.
A valid UAE driving licence would be an advantage, as the role may involve meeting customers and visiting event or project locations.
