Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Executive drives revenue growth by converting individual clients, securing corporate wellness contracts, and building referral partnerships. Success in this role requires disciplined prospecting, confident consultative selling, and meticulous pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & prospecting Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, walk-ins, events, and digital leads.
  • Consultative sales Conduct needs assessments, present service options, prepare proposals, and close memberships, packages, and add-on services.
  • Corporate & partner outreach Establish relationships with HR teams, hotels, gyms, clinics, and insurers to create referral and group-package agreements, and secure events.
  • CRM & reporting Maintain accurate records, forecast weekly sales, and share actionable feedback with management.
  • Post-sale follow-up Ensure new clients have a seamless onboarding experience and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in wellness, medical, fitness, hospitality, or other premium service sectors.
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skillswritten, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Fluent English
  • UAE driving licence and access to a car preferred.
