About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive the growth of BizoSuite, our AI-enabled ERP solution, across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Arabic, a proven track record in enterprise software or technology sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the GCC market.
  • Present and promote BizoSuite solutions to potential clients with a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business networking opportunities.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline development, and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role in ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong business acumen and client management skills.
  • MBA or equivalent professional certification in Sales/Marketing/Business Management is preferred.
  • Good understanding of technology, ERP systems, and computer applications.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and execute them with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling in the GCC market with knowledge of regional business culture.
  • Established client network in sectors such as retail, F&B, real estate, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
