Job Description

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) to expand our vendor network and drive growth by onboarding high-quality partners to the Bleem's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard high-quality vendors

• Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and brand fit

• Identify category gaps and enhance product assortment

• Conduct vendor visits and quality checks (including mystery shopping)

• Manage vendor performance (sales, ratings, conversions)

• Drive revenue through upselling and campaign participation

• Ensure vendor compliance (KYC, contracts, documentation)

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

• 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces preferred

• Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills

• Fluent in Arabic and professional in English

Mandatory

• Valid Kuwait driving license

  • Own car and willingness to conduct field visits
