Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and skilled at building relationships and converting opportunities into confirmed business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new leads through:
  • Cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Field visits and networking
  • Referrals, partnerships, and events
  • Research potential clients (corporates, groups, venues, individuals).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

2. Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Contact leads and introduce company services and experiences.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Recommend suitable solutions, packages, or customized offers.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and site visits when needed.

3. Presentations & Proposals

  • Deliver professional sales presentations (online or in-person).
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
  • Handle objections and provide clear, persuasive answers.

4. Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
  • Secure client approvals and signed contracts.
  • Close deals and ensure all details are confirmed accurately.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services when applicable.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations after closing.
  • Collect feedback and support repeat business.

6. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Update CRM and sales trackers regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track conversion rates and performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Experience in B2B sales (events, hospitality, services is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Target-driven with a closing mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and follow-up discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (CRM experience is a plus).
