Role OverviewThe Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in Dubai, developing sales strategies, acquiring key clients, and building a strong sales pipeline across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Dubai market
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and supervise a local sales team
- Report directly to senior management with performance metrics and forecasts
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Arabic & English fluency required
