Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager - Exhibitions & Events (Hi-Tech Products)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nationality: Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including event organizers, corporate clients, and agencies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and demonstrate our hi-tech products (e.g., 3D holograms, interactive screens, LED displays, robotics) to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, design, and operations) to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships.

Industry Networking & Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position the company as a market leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Arabic speaking. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or technology industry; open to interview candidates from relevant sales & business development roles in other industries as well.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
