A Dubai-based events / Creative agency is seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager . The ideal candidate should have a successful proven track record in sales, particularly in the events management / advertisment industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new potential clients . Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Maintain existing clients relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events. Provide clients with regular updates and support throughout the event planning process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in a Sales position in an Events / Advertisement Agency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Experience in UAE is a must.
- Solid previous experience in direct dealing with corporate clients.
- Fluency in English is a must. Possessing another language will be an added advantage i.e. German, Russian, Portuguese or Spanish
