Sales & Business Development Manager – ServiceNow

Dubai

We're working with an established consultancy in the Middle East that is building out ServiceNow practice throughout the Middle East. They are looking to bring in a high-impact Sales & Business Development Manager.

This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role with a clear focus on selling ServiceNow professional services across consulting, implementation, and managed services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the full sales cycle – from pipeline creation through to deal closure
  • Selling across ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC)
  • Converting opportunities into signed SOWs and long-term engagements
  • Building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships
  • Driving account growth through additional workflows and services
  • Working closely with solution architects & delivery teams to shape deals

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years B2B sales experience, including ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
  • Proven track record closing consulting / implementation / AMS deals
  • Strong commercial mindset – pricing, margins, negotiation
  • Experience selling into enterprise environments & complex buying cycles
  • A true hunter mentality – comfortable building pipeline from scratch
