About The Role:

We're looking for a passionate Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth, build partnerships, and unlock new revenue opportunities. You'll identify and close business deals, craft sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales expansion strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to prospective clients
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and conversion metrics
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, commercial management, and product teams to align sales and business development initiatives with overall company strategy

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales, business development, and sales strategy
  • Proven track record of success in sales growth and closing deals
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Ability to work under stress and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into growth opportunities
